Bovada Opens its Doors Once Again

Bovada has come online and is offering services to players in eight different Latin American countries as well as the United States. This is an exciting announcement and it means that players in the United States will now have another top quality gambling option to choose from.

U.S. Regulations

Even though Bovada is now back, there are some states that it won't allow to make use of its site. States like New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland are going to be excluded from the site That's because these states have specific online gambling legislation in place already and it's not too friendly to sites like Bovada. Instead the online casino will offer its services to the less regulated states that don't already have an established online gambling presence. By working in those states Bovada can offer players excellent gambling options when they probably don't have too many great options already.

Hopping into the Australian Market

There's also a chance that Bovada is going to move into the Australian market soon because major players like Pokerstars are quickly moving away from it. Australia just put in place new laws that require online casinos to be licensed there in order to legally offer services to the residents, and that's putting off many of the major players in the industry. It could be a good opportunity for Bovada though. It's hard to say exactly what inspired Bovada to get back into the online casino industry, but the company likely wants to leverage its brand to bring in customers and to get big once again.
